Driproof protected means that equipment is so constructed and protected that its successful operation is not interfered with when subject to falling moisture, and uninsulated parts cannot be inadvertently touched or approached nearer than a safe distance. 120v distribution panel had open breaker slots. Vessel to install blanks or spare breakers to fully enclose inner wiring.
