The use of plastic tie wraps must be limited to bundling or retention of multiple cable installations, and not used as a means of support. Electrical cable protective sheathing for the starter on the starboard engine was severely chafed and overhead electrical cables above the engines lacked metal supports with required spacing.

Renew lamps with those identified by the manufacture to be used or provide proof that the replacement LED bulbs have been tested and approved by the manufacture to be used in the fixture and still comply with UL 1104, to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector.

Cables for both sidelights are pulled from the plugs exposing the individual conductors. Additionally, the box connectors at the bottom of the shore power/heater knife switch are no longer attached to the box allowing the cables to rub on the edge of the box.
