Vessel owner/rep is required to provide hull gauging 1ft x 1ft grid/parameter where the fixed ballast is located by next dry dock.

Vessel's flammable liquids storage cabinet is not properly secured to the vessel. Additionally, there is no 40-B extinguisher in vicinity of the cabinet. Secure cabinet appropriately and place 40-B extinguisher near cabinet.
