Fuel lines must installed and secured against excessive movement and vibration by the use of soft nonferrous metal straps which have no sharp edges and are insulated to protected against corrosion. Owner shall replace the fuel line and metal straps with new in accordance with the regulations.

Vessel was found with three 4 1/2 gallon buckets. Owner shall replace with the 2 1/2 gallon buckets and stencil FIRE BUCKET on each.
