Port tailshaft strut bearing was repaired, however when the tail shaft was replaced they could not realign the shaft due to excessive deflection caused by the dry dock. Keystone has made contact with a shipyard in Boston with a graving dock to re-dock the vessel and align the shaft. The tailshaft will be locked during transit to Boston. The fire detection system for the cargo holds has been tested, however Hold A remains in fault. No cargo operations are allowed until the fire detection system is operating satisfactory. IAW ACP Supplement.

Two holes were found in the No. 8 cargo hold hatch coaming where a control box had been mounted. Temporary repairs were made with doublers. Make permanent repairs while at shipyard in Boston. IAW ACP Supplement.

There is a three (3) foot fracture of the hatch coaming of the No. 5 cargo hold. Recommend making temporary repairs prior to departing Mobile and permanent repairs made at shipyard in Boston. IAW ACP Supplement.

Cable penetrations in the port and starboard pipe tunnels on the B deck were found improperly packed. Keystone ordered material from MCT but it has yet to arrive. Make permanent repairs while at shipyard in Boston. IAW ACP Supplement.

Five (5) FO tank inverted tank vents with balls are damaged/defective. The FO tanks are empty and each has a second inverted vent. Those vents are to be manually closed and restrict filling the tanks until new balls can be located and installed. IAW ACP Supplement.
