Resolution: FPS Technician replaced 7 smoke detectors, two modules with reconditioned spare parts, four end line caps has been cleaned. Attending surveyor verified FOS fire alarm panels has no alarm of troubles detected and being in normal operational condition.

When it is desired to fit a centralized control system having one or more control stations and various degrees of automatic and remote control of the ships service systems, the control and monitoring systems are to be designed, assembled and installed to assure operation as effective as could be obtained with the same systems arranged for manual control and monitoring by watchkeeping personnel. Steering gear flat bilge high level alarm falsely indicated high level and was reported by the crew to have been an existing issue that happens occasionally for unknown reasons.
