When the exhaust cooling water system is separate from the engine cooling water system, a suitable warning device, visual or audible, must be installed at the operating station to indicate any reduction in normal water flow in the exhaust cooling system. MI observed independent exhaust cooling system did not have a suitable warning device. Provide warning device to the satisfaction of the MI.

Marine inspector identified the MMSI was not programmed into the VHF-DSC radio installation. Program radio to the satisfaction of the MI.
