Certification does not state if vsl is manned or carries oil as primary or secondary cargo. Per reg 33 CFR 155.1045(a), TVRP must be amended to identify correct vessel name. In addition, TVRP must be amended to include the individual capacities of all lube and fresh water tanks as well as the volume and type of oil that would be involved in a MMPD or WCD, in accordance with 33 CFR 155.1045(j).
