Vessel's battery for the bow thruster is located in the same space as the head. Battery is missing cover of the battery box. Vessel to provide repair proposal to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector addressing how the vessel plans to mitigate the build up of hydrogen gas. Vessel restricted from charging batteries while carrying passengers until corrected.
