Vessel will transit to Charleston SC on or about 09Nov to offload equipment and gear, then proceed to Tampa Ship LLC Tampa Fl. OOA 12Nov to conduct permanent repair. Vessel will arrive at Tampa Ship between 17-21 Nov. Vessel is to contact Sector Hampton Roads if this time-line changes. Vessel is not to carry any cargo or fuel in affected tank, or conduct any operations en-route. Vessel is to contact CG Sector St. Petersburg to schedule repair oversight. 46CFR91.45
