At each inspection for certification and at every other vessel inspection all observed unsafe practices, fire hazards, and other hazardous situations must be corrected and all required guards and protective devices must be in satisfactory condition. Found the fuel shut off covers require to be screwed off using a crank handle. Establish a more readily accessible method to quickly utilize the fuel shut off valves in the event of a fire.

The arrangement of the retro-reflective material applied after March 11, 1996, must be as specified by IMO Resolution A.658(16) (incorporated by reference; see 46 CFR 175.600). Half of the life jackets have retro-reflective tape that is wore and unsat.
