After any survey of the ship no changes shall be made without the sanction of the administration, the vessel's IOPP Form A stated the vessel is equipeed with a MEPC.60(33) content meter. PSCO observed the vessel is equipped with a MEPC.107(49) content meter.

The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be mantained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. PSCO observed the sealing wire for the number 1 starboard cargo tank pressure relief auxiliary setter was installed incorrectly. Additionally the auxillary setter is missing the identification and data plate. Correct prior to conducting cargo.
