Provide a copy of the CG approved beaching plan onboard the vessel.

Although vessel has more than the required amount of child size PFDs, a special note from a previous inspection stated to be on the lookout for rot. The vessel has approx 50-70 child size PFDs as it conducts many school trips. Approx 20 child size PFDs were dry rotted to the point the foam buoyancy material was reduced to dust when lightly squeezed. Many of these PFDs were from the early 1990s and they are stored in the overhead, which is a one piece canvas top and exposed to the elements, sun and heat cycles of many years. After checking and condemning multiple PFDs, issued requirement to replace all remaining child PFDs of that era/design prior to the carriage of children exceeding serviceable PFDs

The water light was not of the approved type. The waterlight had an on/off switch and could not turn on automatically when inverted.

Vessel consortium list was not available.

Vessel's first aid kit was missing/expired items.

Prior to operating with passengers after 15OCT2020 effect repairs to the identified areas of wasted metal on the outmost longitudinal frame behind where the rub rail attaches, to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector. 46CFR176.600

Provide one adult PFD to bring total PFD's to 78. Vessel is restricted to 77 total persons.

Provide DSC Capable radio at operating station & Program in vessels MMSI #.

Provide copy of results from the last Random Drug Test.

Provide copy of results for Pre-employment testing.

Provide proof of supervisor EAP training.

Vessel must obtain valid COD.

Vessel must obtain current light list.

Vessel must have a current MIS report.

Vessel must have a complete first aid kit.

Vessel must obtain 02 fire buckets.

Port fuel line fitting at tank connection must be tighted.
