There have been multiple alterations to the fire control plan on boards using paper and tape, with no mark of approval attesting to official verification, have no approval stamp. Class boundaries are indistinguishable on all plans.

Based upon the general arrangement plan of the ship, there is a suspected compromised weld on the forward most port side ballast tank. This leak was not anchor wash and continued unabated for 5.5 hours.
