-Stbd generator exhaust connection weld at the side-shell had a cracked weld.
-weld found cracked in (aft bulkhead outboard where the deck meets the bulkhead) and crack under bit at the base plate in sewage overboard valve space.

Acceptable methods of securing the device include—
