The construction and arrangement of a vessel must allow the safe operation of the vessel in accordance with the terms of its Certificate of Inspection giving consideration to provisions for a seaworthy hull... Hull wastage was found during drydock in the sewage void IVO stbd main longitudinal, 2nd transverse frame. Worst wastage was 40% in single pit. Vessel was unable to complete repair at drydock. Temporary belzona coating authorized, affected area to be cropped and renewed at next haul out. Vessel crew shall monitor the affected area weekly and maintain a log to ensure condition does not worsen. 46 CFR 116.100(a)
