Vessel that have overnight accommodations must have interconnected fire detection system. Smoke detectors would operate but would not turn off until battery was removed. Fix interconnected smoke detection and notify local OCMI.

Roving watch system was not operating as designed and operator could not figure out how to properly disarm the system to prevent it from repeatedly going off, which would most likely result in them securing the system instead of using it as required.

Stern light was found inoperable, restricted to daylight operations until stern light is repaired.

All electrical equipment shall be drip proof and protected. Need to remount face cover on distribution panel for pumps in the engine space to satisfaction of the USCG Marine Inspector.
