Gasket found wasted on starboard aft rake hatch. Surface irregularities found on the seating surface located on the coaming. Resurface the seating surface for the hatch gasket to make an effective seal. A fracture was discovered on the coaming knife edge. Crop and renew the fracture as original.

Gasket found wasted on starboard #3 port void hatch. Renew gasket as original.

To maintain a valid Certificate of Inspection, you must complete your annual and periodic inspections within the periods specified in 91.27-1 (a) and (b) and your Certificate of Inspection must be endorsed. Your vessel must undergo an annual inspection within the 3 months before or after each anniversary date. You must contact the cognizant Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection to schedule an inspection at a time and place which he or she approves. Vessel's COI was issued on August 20th, 2018 and no annual inspection for 2019 as required by 46 CFR 91.27-5 has been completed. Annual inspection needed to be completed by October 23, 2019 and has still not been scheduled. Vessel is restricted from conducting commercial operations until a satisfactory inspection is completed.

Tank #4P: Crop and install insert from frm. 24 -25: 46"x3'-6". Crop and install insert frm. 26-27: 46"x10'-6". Crop and renew lower 30" of frm.27.

Tank #3S: Crop and install insert from frm. 23 - 25: 46"x12'-6".
