The pump outlet must be fitted with a pressure gauge. MI observed pressure gauge inop.

The buss bar (located immediately after the port/stbd alternator fuse blocks) was found without a cover to prevent accidental shock/grounding. Crew is directed to place a cover on the buss bar block.

The (3) deck drains on the main deck (port & stbd fwd main deck located outside the saloon, and port aft main deck outside the saloon) do not have double sided welds on the inside of the sideshell plate where the deck drain penetrates the sideshell. From the inside of the compartment, the crew is directed to weld the penetration of the drain to the sideshell.

(1) clad weld in the engineroom, port side outboard from the switchboard. Vessel is required to haul out during 2023-2024 and show the affected areas to the attending CG marine inspector. 46 CFR 177.300(b)
