07126 - Oil accumulation in engine room- The machinery, boilers and other pressure vessels, associated piping systems and fitting shall be of a design and construction adequate fore the service for which they are intended and shall be so installed and, protected as to reduce to a minimum and danger to persons on board, due regard being paid to moving parts, hot surface and other hazards. The design shall have regard to materials used in construction, the purpose for which the equipment is intended, the working conditions to which it will be subjected. PSCO observed excessive fuel oil leaking from the #6 cylinder on the #2 Auxialiary Engine. 74SOLAS(2004) II-1/26.1 10c.

Resolution: A loose connection was found on Plug F of terminals PCB from radar upmast TR. Connection was made secure and radar operation was restored. Dust was removed from Azimuth PCB opto isolators and motor brushes were checked. Both Radar/Arpa are operational.
