Vessel has two small fractures of bottom plating in way of the bow void. Also has one small pinhole in the number two port void bilge knuckle. All have been temporarily repaired utilizing soft patches and shoring. At the time of inspection no ingress of water was observed.

It appears that the bilge pump (not normally not used) has a seal failure. The system configuration allows the fire pump to provide service the fire main as well as draw suction from the bilge system.
