Vessel's firefighting capability had been diminished due to the unavailability of the Aft low pressure CO2 tank. Vessel Master gave order to discharge tank after initial efforts to temporarily repair a leak in the level indicatoe piping failed. Vessel must submit a Class survey report attesting to the proper repairs and operation of the CO2 system. Report should address root cause of the leak
