In the event of an accident to a boiler, unfired pressure vessel, or machinery tending to render the further use of the item unsafe until repairs are made, or if by ordinary wear such items become unsafe, a report shall be made, by the chief engineer immediately to the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection, or if at sea immediately upon arrival at port. Vessel loss port engine while transiting from offshore back into Boliver, TX. Vessel is to enact permanent repairs to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard.
