Resolved 27 July 2016
Resolution: The fuel line to the main engine injector # 6 located atop the cylinder cover was disassembled to address a leaking joint/seal, re-assembled, tested and considered satisfactory. The protective shield was then re-installed.

Resolution: All areas were found cleaned and house keeping appeared in order. The buckets, plastic and other clean up materials were cited. The Chief Engineer advised they had been doing some engine cleaning. Deficiency # 03 is considered rectified.
