Vessel will be in transit from St. Croix to Rhode Island in order to conduct credit dry dock, but dates will expire in route. During transit, vessel not be authorized to carry cargo or freight. On or before your arrival, schedule your credit dry dock. Local OCMI will decide manner in which this deficiency will be cleared.
