Vessel's Certificate of Inspection (COI) expired 13 Dec 2023 and Internal Structural Exam (ISE) is set to expire after 31 Dec 2023. Vessel is currently empty but not gas free (last cargo: ortho xylene). Vessel, currently fleeted near Wood River, IL, is authorized transit to fleet near Cairo, IL (Ohio River), ETA 16 Dec 2023, to await James Marine shipyard availability (Tennessee River Mile Marker 3) and completion of ISE. All cargo operations are prohibited until vessel's COI is renewed. Prior to any deviation from the above stated transit, cognizant OCMI approval is required.
