01 missing smoke detector in the engine room and 01
missing detector in port crew berthing room. The vessel
is restricted to a limited coastwise route, not
exceeding 20 nautical miles from a harbor of safe
refuge. This restriction remains in effect until the
fire detection system is replaced and tested to the
satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.

one IBA located on the exterior of the second deck that
weighed more than 200 pounds and required lifting in
