Sliding fire screen door on Deck 6, FSD # 6.008, would not move from the open position when conducting operational test. 74 SOLAS 1997 II-2/30.2. Per nozzle manufacturer, all nozzles (total 337 sprinkler heads) in section 14 (deck 3/4, FZ 3) will have to be replaced. 74SOLAS(97)II-2, Regulation 12.1.1

Double leafed FSDs 0.2.034, 4.3.027 and 4.2.023 have broken sequencing bars causing the wrong indication at the central control station. Doors are open locally due to sequencing issues but the bridge indicates they are closed. 74 Solas 97 II-2/30.4.3
