Vessel reported sprinkler nozzle head failure, during annual live test (10 nozzles), due to build up of scaling in pipes. Per nozzle manufacturer, all nozzles (total 337 sprinkler heads) in section 14 (deck 3/4, FZ 3) will have to be replaced.

Indication must be provided at the fire control panel in the continuously manned control station whether each of the remote controlled doors are closed. Double leafed FSDs 0.2.034, 4.3.027 and 4.2.023 have broken sequencing bars causing the wrong indication at the central control station. Doors are open locally due to sequencing issues but the bridge indicates they are closed.
