Replace windows and make available for inspection to the attending marine inspector.

The gauges must be readily visible at the operating station. STBD main engine digital gauge and alarm panel was not functioning and operator unable to monitor RPM, jacket water temp and oil pressure. Repair/replace panel so required gauges are displayed and viewable to operator.

Vessels e than 65ft regardless of passenger count must have 02 fixed powered pumps capable of a minimum capacity rating of 50 gallons per minute. Each fixed power bilge pump must be self priming. It may be driven off the main engine or other source of power. It must be permanently connected to the bilge manifold and may also be connected to the fire main. Following a re-power of vessels main engines the second powered bilge pump was not installed to STBD engine due to manufacture limitations of sourcing required brackets.
*Vessels route has been reduced to Newport Harbor, CA until second powered bilge pump is installed and operationally tested in the presence of attending Marine Inspector.
