On a vessel of at least 7.9 meters (26 feet) in length, a visual and audible alarm must be provided at the operating station to indicate a high water level in normally unmanned spaces. Non of the alarms for high level bilges were operating correctly. Indicators worked but not audible.

Stern light lens was discolored. Replacement lens is needed.

ABYC (07/16 edition)10.8.4.1 states a maximum of four conductor terminals shall be permitted to be installed on a single battery stud. Battery located on starboard side of engine room had more than four conductors on the stud.
