A vessel must carry one floating waterlight, unless it is limited to daytime operation, in which case no floating waterlight is required. During inspection, the Marine Inspector observed that the ring buoy light was not functioning. Replace the waterlight within 14 days.

During inspection, the Marine Inspector observed that the monthly fire extinguisher inspection tag was not completed. Please ensure that monthly inspections are recorded on the tag or in a log book.

During inspection, the Marine Inspector observed that the engine fuel shutoff was not labeled. Clearly and permanently label the engine fuel shutoff in accordance with 46 CFR § 185.608.
