Each towing vessel must have either a self-priming, power-driven, fixed fire pump, a fire main, and hoses and nozzles in accordance with paragraphs (a) through (d) of this section. Vessels 02 fire hoses were found to be severely leaking from there connection points. 46CFR142.235

During today’s inspection we were not a able to conduct a test of the vessels bilge suction system.
