The subject vessel reported that they suffered a loss of there starboard anchor. The subject vessel poses a navigation hazard to the Port of New York. If the vessel chooses to anchor in the port they must have assist tugs of 5100 hp. The vessel must be surveyed by class to ensure the vessel is fit for its intended routes and service.
