WHERE THE EMERGENCY SOURCE OF ELECTRICAL POWER IS A GENERATOR IT SHALL BE STARTED AUTOMATICALLY UPON FAILURE OF THE MAIN SOURCE OF ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY DUE TO A FAULTY RELAY THE EMERGENCY GENERATOR WAS UNABLE TO START AUTOMATICALLY OR MANUALLY. SOLAS 74(2004) II-2 / 43.3.1.2
