During annual inspection, MI discovered 95 overdue engineering maintenance items and 26 active alarms that were reposed. A Safety Management Audit carried out by the RO is required within 30 days.

Resolution: Received DNV-GL survey statement that fuel circulating pump was repaired after bearing damage was discovered in the pump. Also, the "over current relay" was set to "manual" mode rather than "auto". These were rectified and system tested satisfactorily.
