Discovered multiple dead end wires under the helm console. Remove the dead end wires, prior to credit drydock, to the satisfaction of the MI. 46 CFR 120.200 (b)

In determining the total number of persons, the OCMI may consider the total weight of passengers, crew, and variable loads; stability restrictions and subdivision requirements of the vessel; the vessel's route, general arrangement, means of escape, and lifesaving equipment; minimum manning requirements; and the maximum number of passengers permitted in accordance with § 115.113 of this subpart. Vessel is limited to 50 passengers on the third (02) deck and 100 (01) passengers on the second deck.

Relocated emergency fuel shutoff valve pull cables to be tested.

Holes and corrosion were discovered above port main engine exhaust in overhead. Provided plan proposal to MI for permanent repairs.
