The vessel has an abnormal leak in the underwater body in way of the aft most transverse frame supporting the hull planking behind the port rudder post. Submit a repair proposal to the satisfaction of the Marine Inspector. Complete permanent repair prior to 2025 operating season.

High water alarm was inoperable in the engine room.
