The construction and arrangement of a vessel must allow the safe operation of the vessel in accordance with the terms of its Certificate of Inspection giving consideration to provisions for a seaworthy hull. Marine Inspector identified an inset on the starboard hull near the stern, awning and housing bent, and a broke fan blade on the outboard engine. Vessel isn't authorized to take passengers until 835 has been cleared.
