This is concerning with regard to crew competency (only 02 crew members are regularly with the vessel, the deck hands are hired on an as needed basis when the vessel is awarded a contract for work). Vessel shall provide diagram or instructions with labeled valves so that any crew member is able to line up the bilge system for suction.
