The arrangement of the retroreflective material applied after March 11, 1996, must be as specified by IMO Resolution A.658(16) (incorporated by reference; see 46 CFR 175.600). Retroreflective tape was found to be worn and missing reflective capabilities.

Need a 40-B:C PFE in the vicinity of the machinery space exit and a 2-A PFE in the accommodation/public space seating area.
