Garbage Management Plan (GMP): The crew is not following the GMP. Mixed garbage was found throughout the vessel, the containers are not clearly identified. The crew stated that they only burn oily waste and rags in the incinerator. We found these items plus gasket material, nuts, bolts, oil filters and other paper items. It is possible that they have been burning plastic items as well.

Wire Runs: The crew has been adding additional electrical cables throughout the vessel. They have drilled through A0 and B0 fire boundaries, they have also removed the packing from wire run cable ways to add wires. However, they are not adding any type of sealant around them to prevent the passage of gas, fire or smoke.
