Vessel may transit to TT barge repair at LMR 237. The owner/operator shall not conduct cargo operations until repairs have been approved to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector. Vessel made contact with Morgan City Rail Road Bridge, and damaged area located on the starboard stern deck knuckle. Damage is approximately 11 feet x 2 feet, and located approximately 12 feet above the water line under light load conditions. A de-watering pump shall be on hand tow vessel. Increased rounds of void spaces shall be made.
