Annual inspection. Your vessel must undergo an annual inspection within the 3 months before or after each anniversary date. (i) You must contact the cognizant OCMI to schedule an inspection at a time and place which he or she approves. No written application is required. (ii) The scope of the annual inspection is the same as the inspection for certification but in less detail unless the cognizant marine inspector finds deficiencies or determines that a major change has occurred since the last inspection. If deficiencies are found or a major change to the vessel has occurred, the marine inspector will conduct an inspection more detailed in scope to ensure that the vessel is in satisfactory condition and fit for the service for which it is intended. If your vessel passes the annual inspection, the marine inspector will endorse your current Certificate of Inspection. Vessel must conduct an Annual Inspection in the water by 14 JULY 2020 (90 days). 46 CFR 176.500 b(1) 705 C

Prior to operating, vessel must have USCG conduct inspection, to include operational tests (steering, propulsion, navigation, etc.), proper stowage of lifesaving in place, & conduct proper drills.

Any vessel of 5 net tons must hold a valid COD. Vessel must hold valid COD prior to operating.

Any vessel on a Limited Coastwise route must carry 6 orange smoke and 6 hand red flares IAW 160.021. Vessel had 3 orange smoke and 3 red hand flares aboard. Prior to operating vessel must hold proper amount of appropriate flares.

Prior to vessel being placed in service, complete annual inspection

Replace EPIRB battery and Hydorstatic release

Replace electric bilge overboard thru-hull in forepeak with metallic thru-hull fitting

Re-seal screw holes in forepeak (6 per side).

Replace all lines on buoyant apparatus.

Replace broken light fixture in fwd cabin space.

Provide 3 -2.5 gallons buckets labeled "Fire Bucket" with an attached lanyard for each bucket.

Post donning instructions for all types of life jackets (kept on board the vessel).

Properly repair broken weld on lower gusset in starboard quarter of engine room watertight compartment.

Properly repair holes in main deck under aft dive ladder.

Replace nipple IWO discharge line on fixed bilge system LEGACY COMPONENT DESC: Piping

Clean all battery terminals

Replace vent to fuel tank (line)

Bracket STBD alternator wire

Replace flex hose for raw water suction line on STBD MDE

Address leak to E/R IWO front footing of FWD stanchion LEGACY COMPONENT DESC: Front footing leaking IWO E/R

Clean bilges especially IWO rudder posts.

Address lose stanchion at bow and address leak to forepeak from stanchion LEGACY COMPONENT DESC: Stanchion leaking IWO forepeak

Address wiring to bilge in forepeak

Install suitable warning device for high temp WRT exhaust system.

Renew navigation publications (charts, U.S. Coast Pilot & Coast Guard Light List). LEGACY COMPONENT DESC: Marine Charts

Install appropriate brackets for BII portable fire extinguishers.

Gauge underbody areas in way of port & stbd props.

Guage pits in way of keel, port & stbd, from keel up to adjacent longitudinal frame (#2 compartment, as marked).

Install metal wire supports in e/r.

CLAD WELD AUTHORIZED FOR ISOLATED PITS IDENTIFIED AS BELOW ALLOWABLE ON GAUGING RPT. PROVIDE TEST PLATE TO THIS OFFICE PRIOR TO COMMENCING WK. UPONAPPROVAL, COMP WK AND MAKE READY FOR INSP WITH DIE PEN. CG MARINE INSP MUSTINSPECT WELD AND UNDER SIDE OF PLATE PRIOR TO COMPLETING CREDIT DD._x001C_

REPLACE RETRO TYPE II, 60 FT LIFELINE, AND THE 3 FT LANYARD ON THE RING BUOY.

INSTALL NEW SEALS AROUND E/R HATCH. _x001C_ _x001C_ _x001C_

REPLACE BROKEN PORT CABIN WINDOW.

INSTALL STUFFING TUBE IN THE COLLISION BULKHEAD WHERE THE BILGE PUMP WIRINGPENETRATES.

REPLACE LIFE LINE, 12 FT PENDANTS, AND THE FLOAT FREE LINK WITH THE CG APPROVED TYPE.

APPLY RETROREFLECTIVE TAPE TO RING BUOY.

POST EMERGENCY BROADCAST PLACARD AT RADIO INSTALLATION.

PROVIDE WATERTIGHT, BRIGHTLY COLORED, PROPERLY LABELED CONTAINER FOR DISTRESS SIGNALS.

PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF CREW TRAINING AND DRILLS.

POST LIFEJACKET DONNING INSTRUCTIONS.

MAKE PROPER REPAIR TO PORT ENGINE EXHAUST PIPE INSULATION WHERE DAMAGED.

REPAIR 6 CRACKED WELDS ALONG UNDERDECK BEAM IMMEDIATELY AFT OF ENGINE SPACEHATCH.

PROVIDE VALID FCC STATION CERTIFICATE AND POST SAME ON VESSEL.
