Internally on transom multiple locations of delamination of the FRP. Damaged wood brace in stbd quarter near deck. Submit Repair plan, and fix. *Limitations: Route reduced to Lakes, Bays, Sounds. No operation in seas over 3' or wind speed over 25knts. Vessels Captain is to check space for water intrusion prior to each trip.

One battery terminal for the generator battery had frayed conductors, one battery terminal for the port MDE had a cable conductors trimmed to fit the terminal connector, and one battery terminal for the port MDE was severely corroded causing the cable to overheat. Repair and replace cable ends appropriately. 46CFR183.01-15
