The construction and arrangement of the vessel must allow the safe operation of the vessel in accordance with the terms of its Certificate of Inspection giving consideration to provisions for a seaworthy hull. Both aft aluminum inboard engine bed structural braces for the port and starboard main engines were cracked. Repair or replace the damaged engine beds in accordance with an approved repair proposal submitted to the cognizant OCMI.

Those fuel hose connecting the secondary fuel filter to the port main engine was not bearing markings of approval. Provide proof of the hoses approval for suitability.

The horizontal dry exhaust system has been not been deemed water tight due to the free floating stainless exhaust pipes exiting the aluminum hull and caulked with non-permanent sealant. Prior to next credit dry dock, repair the exhaust system in accordance with the repair proposal submitted to and approved by the Sector Delaware bay OCMI.
