While in route to Vashon, vessel experienced a marine casualty in the form of an unknown electrical ground which effected both SSDG. Vessel was able to safety moored at Vashon using the vital generator and the emergency generator. Vessel's Chief Engineer must provide a written statement attesting to the cause of the electrical ground and the corrective actions taken. The corrective actions must be to the satisfaction of the attending MI. 46 CFR 71.75-1 to 46 CFR 111.10-4(d)
