Examination of fixed fire detection system installation showed that the installed step-up DC-DC converter was not consistent with the one approved in accordance with MSC letter E2-2203604 of November 25, 2022. Specifically, a different make/model was installed with a different output amperage. Amend plans and resubmit to MSC for approval or install approved step-up DC-DC converter.
