The condition and wear of the outfits in unsatisfactory. Vessel to renew ensembles in order to meet current firefighting procedures. Provide to the satisfaction of the attending USCG MI within 30 days.

Every crewmember must participate in at least one abandon-ship drill and one fire drill every month. The drills of the crew must take place within 24 hours of the vessel leaving a port if more than 25 percent of the crew have not participated in abandon-ship and fire drills on board that particular vessel in the previous month. Vessel was unable to provide proof of timely fire drills. Fire drill conducted and logged.

If your vessel's Certificate of Inspection is renewed less often than annually, the marine inspector must check the settings of the safety or relief valves on all pressure vessels, except cargo tanks, twice every 5 years. No more than 3 years may elapse between any check and its immediate predecessor. Vessel was unable to provide last test results/date for the pressure relief devices on both engine room air receivers. Corrected on the spot with newly installed devices.
