At each inspection for certification and at every other vessel inspection all observed unsafe practices, fire hazards, and other hazardous situations must be corrected and all required guards and protective devices must be in satisfactory condition. Vessel is leaking excessive amount of Carbon Monoxide (CO) into engine room space from damaged exhaust piping on port engine. Marine Inspector’s 4-gas detector indicated CO levels at Elevated CO level poses a serious risk to the crew when accessing space for operating the bilge system.
