2. The machinery room will be monitored at all times by an onboard surveillance system.
3. During any underway operations the machinery room will be observed by a designated deckhand for any abnormalities.
4. The vessel will not extend her route any further south than the Hudson River Pilots dock when passengers are aboard.
5. The vessel will operate with 3 deckhands, a senior deckhand and a Master.
6. An operational gas powered portable pump with sufficient lengths of pick up hose to reach the fixed bilge pick up location in each void will be carried onboard.
