VSL MUST DEMONSTRATE AHEAD AND ASTERN OPERATION OF BOTH MAIN PROPULSION ENGINES TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ATTENDING MARINE INSPECTOR. 46 CFR 176.100(b)
